ADCC 2011 - Nottingham UK

The worlds best submission grapplers converged to Nottingham UK on the weekend of the 24th and 25th of September for the 2011 edition of the prestigious ADCC Champioships.

The event which consolidated in the past the stars and careers of fighters like Roger Gracie, Ronaldo Jacare’, Braulio Estima, Marcelo Garcia & Leo Vieira this year attracted an interesting mix of veterans and hungry new comers, with two exciting superfights scheduled between Braulio Estima vs Ronaldo Jacare, and Renzo Gracie vs Mario Sperry. The Boss and the Champ were there to document the event with their trusty DSLR cameras. More photos and results after the jump.

September 24th is little over a month away, and the interest in the upcoming World Bantamweight tournament, with fighters of the caliber of Masakazu Imanari, Bibiano Fernandes and Hideo Tokoro, at Dream 17 is increasing.
